Pelin is sharing the pranayama routine that helped her self-heal from a neurological condition called “Tregeminal Neuralgia”. Pelin catered the flow following her own neurological responses and level of pain day by day. She is sharing all the breathing, yoga, and mindfulness techniques that healed her.
This is an 8 weeks course, in 2 modules. First module focuses on breathing techniques in detail, second module focuses on teaching how to move with breath.
