Mindful Mondays for designers


A community-powered initiative supporting the ATÖLYE members to embrace of holistic practices for self-healing and restoration. Weekly sessions will offer different techniques and instruction for movement, meditation and mental wellness for developing healthy rituals and personal transformation.

The next 3 upcoming hybrid sessions will be facilitated by the community member Pelin Kazak with the purpose of building up energy and momentum towards a public in-person workshop at the ATÖLYE İstanbul Hub on Sunday, May 7.

Pelin is a design strategist with the vision of “designing for well-being with well-being.” She is currently collaborating with artist Belmin Pilevneli to explore techniques for developing a yoga practice enhanced with creativity & art, which they will share at the in-person workshop on May 7th.
