Sankalpa is a Sanskrit term in yogic philosophy that refers to a heartfelt desire. The term comes from the Sanskrit roots san, meaning “a connection with the highest truth,” and kalpa, meaning “vow” or “the rule to be followed above all other rules.”
By definition, Sankalpa honors the deeper meaning of our lives. It becomes a statement you can call upon to remind you of your true nature and guide your choices in all aspects of your life.
The Sankalpa discovery session promises to:
✨ Help you connect with your authentic self and heartfelt desires.
✨ Empower you to set meaningful intentions aligned with your core values.
✨ Cultivate a sense of purpose, motivation, and inner strength.
✨ Create a supportive group of like-minded individuals on a similar journey.
During this session, we will delve into exploring our heartfelt desires, through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and group discussions.
The session is open to all who seek personal growth, self-exploration, and a deeper connection with their life's purpose.

Pelin Kazak's yoga journey began with a teacher training program at The Sanctuary in Thailand, in collaboration with Swara Yoga Academy, starting in March 2019.
Initially skeptical, Pelin's perspective shifted when she faced a neurological condition with no cure in Western medicine. Upon her neurologist's suggestion, she explored Eastern healing methodologies, leading to a profound transformation. Astonishingly, just two weeks into her yoga teacher training, Pelin experienced a fortunate healing.
Her focus now centers on relaxation techniques for the neurological system, breathing exercises, meditation, and cultivating a purposeful, heart-centered life while nurturing the mind-body-soul connection.
Driven by passion, Pelin generously shares her learnings through mindfulness and meditation sessions, pranayama practices, and carefully designed workshops integrating yoga with design thinking methodologies.
In September 2022, Pelin successfully completed an advanced yoga teacher training program on Sadhana & Sequencing with Meghan Currie in Bali.

You will need:
Setting up your space: Candles, scents
A journal or paper and pen
Yoga Mat, Pillows, Blankets
Internet Connection / access to Google Meet
🕯 There are many benefits to preparing your space before a ceremony or self-care ritual. You can simply ventilate the room, light a candle, cleanse with sage, or do anything that helps you honor this time. Make sure you won’t be disturbed during the session.
📝 Bring a journal or notebook with you, as we will start with some reflection exercises.
🧘♀️ After the session, you will receive a yoga nidra recording of 20 minutes. I recommended doing the yoga nidra right after our session. Therefore, keep a yoga mat and multiple blankets, bolsters, and/or cushions readily available to provide ample support, comfort, and warmth during the extended nidra.
👩💻 The session will be conducted through Google Meet. After your registration, you will receive a calendar invitation with the link. During the session, you have the option to keep your camera on or off.
