Product: Zalon by Zalando — a premium personal styling service connecting customers with professional stylists, part of the Zalando ecosystem.

Role: Design Manager & Lead UX Designer — managing a multicultural team of 4 designers (3 UX, 1 UI) across 3 product streams: customer app, stylist tools, and conversion optimisation.

Outcomes:

  • 18% conversion rate uplift from questionnaire redesign

  • 18% uplift in number of orders following app redesign

  • 10% uplift in subscriptions following app redesign

  • Successfully delivered design strategy for Zalon's merger with Zalando's premium service
